How do I set up a status page?

Contact us and we'll provision your organization and status page. You'll receive dashboard access credentials within 24 hours.

Can I use a custom domain?

Yes — on Pro and Enterprise plans you can point any domain (e.g., status.yourcompany.com) to your status page by adding a CNAME record.

How are monitors checked?

A background worker built into the server pings each active monitor every 60 seconds. Results are stored and reflected on your status page in real time.

What notification channels are supported?

Email notifications are available on all plans. Webhook support is available on Pro and Enterprise.
